It is JVI’s Enterprises mission to develop the maximum value of every property under the care of the company without compromising on quality. JVI Enterprises’ goal is to find and acquire properties of any vintage that are in profitable locations and are expected to produce a sustainable, growing territory leading to streams of cash flow. What we bring

JVI’s team are composed of individuals who have over two decades within the hospitality industry. JVI Enterprises began their journey with Its ownership of a single small motel. Today JVI Enterprises now owns and operates a handful of franchised hotels in Midwest states, with net operating income well over what the team would have thought was possible from the start of their journey. The patriarch of JVI focuses on the small details to maintain the highest levels of property maintenance and operations. Jason Truong, is thoroughly involved in the day-to-day operations, as well as, being involved in the hospitality industry network. Jason also has the honor to hold the role as the ambassador of the southwest region of a national hotel owner association. The members of JVI have gained certification to own and operate many major national hotel chains, including: Marriott, Choice International, Wyndham and Best Western Franchise.
